Can't recommend highly enough for a short stayover
Comfortable bed, convenient location, enjoying a quiet night despite nearby train noise, and just a short 2-minute walk to Acocks Green Train Station makes it easy to explore the area.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

Decent stay with friendly vibes
Had a pretty chill stay for a night. The staff at check-in were super nice and made everything quick and easy. The double room was comfy enough, but it got a bit warm, and there wasn't a fan. The bar area was cozy for winding down. Just a little noisy at night, though.

the location was super easy to get to n close to the train station, made gettin into the city a breeze. the staff were really friendly, especially during breakfast, which had loads of options like toast n croissants. my room was clean n comfy with all the needed stuff like tea n coffee. Good showers. couldn't believe how quiet it was for bein near the train station, slept like a log. definitely good value for the price n would book again for sure.
the carpet in the hallway looked a bit worn n could probably use an update. also, the food menu wasn't huge, could use some more traditional options.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19friendly staffspacious roomdated bathroomconfusing corridorsuncomfortable bed
The atmosphere is laid-back, with exceptionally friendly staff ready to assist. Enjoyed the spacious twin room, complete with comfortable easy chairs and decent bedside sockets. the corridors can be confusing to navigate, and the rooms, including bathrooms, feel quite dated and in need of modernization. While the room was warm and cozy, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the service in the restaurant left much to be desired.

The twin room was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed the lovely breakfast and tried an interesting cocktail from the bar. I spent some relaxing time in the garden area and the cozy lounge, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the limited dinner menu, but it didn't ruin my stay. 🌼

I was really impressed by the quiet room despite being next to the train station! Nice comfy bed too. Only downside was the limited dining options. Overall a solid choice for the price! 😊

Good hotel with free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff's kind attitude towards my old parents on my first stay. I'm excited to return for Easter!

missingWrote a review on May 17convenient locationbar loungedated bathroom
The location sits nicely near transport links, making it easy to venture out. The bar/lounge area provides decent relief wanting a casual place to unwind.
The room left a lot to be desired with creaky floorboards and a dated bathroom showing visible wear and tear. the breakfast experience was subpar. hot food was unavailable due to a kitchen issue, and options like yogurt and toast weren’t enough to compensate. Limited choices for dinner led many guests to eat elsewhere, while the breakfast staff was slow at serving despite it being a simple setup. My room had weak water pressure in the shower that felt more like a dribble than a rinse.

For a brief adventure in Birmingham, I found this hotel exceeded my expectations. A comfortable twin room with a friendly atmosphere. The location near the train station was perfect for my explorations, but the shower pressure could have been improved. a pleasant stay.
